Endaiser Ai Women’s Project

In 2023, we launched the Endaiser Ai Women Project, a powerful grassroots movement created to support Maasai women in overcoming poverty, building income, and becoming leaders in their own communities.

We started with just 3 women’s groups, offering training, mentorship, and community support. By 2025, the project has grown to 10 strong groups, each made up of 15 women who are working together to change their lives and their village.

One of the key tools in the project is Vicoba (village community banks), where women save together, support each other, and fund small businesses.

Looking ahead to 2026, we plan to launch a cow project, giving women access to sustainable, culturally rooted income through livestock — a vital part of the Maasai way of life.

“Endaiser Ai” means women walking together to grow, to lead, and to lift others along the way.

This project is not just about income. It’s about dignity, unity, and creating lasting change, woman by woman, village by village.
